A client from a Laboratory requests a value and quality test of a product composed by ampoules that have to be placed in the interior of the folding box with a thermoformed display and makes the following observation: the ampoules move inside the hollow spaces of the thermoformed display so they break when they hit one another and also the position has to be vertical.
Correction: it is suggested to make two trays, an inferior one made of cardboard and an upper one composed by transparent PVC to fix and visualize the product correctly. The result is the product is attached to the interior no matter how much the PACK is moved. Numbers were analyzed and the save was of 30%.
